Cleaning has improved - thank you. Continue to address hard to reach areas - i.e. inbetween legs of equipment New screen door in place Walk-in freezer ice-build has greatly improved. Staff stated that a new door and kick is on order Can opener has been cleaned Milk crate storing cutting boards has been removed Staff stated that operator has two tile companies coming in with the next week or so to start work on the areas where tile is required - to be completed by next routine inspection, otherwise a Correction Order will be issued.
