Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (A number of food equipment pieces found in poor sanitary condition:
- large shredder/ slicer (electric) kept across from dishwasher found with dried on food debris
- potato slicer mounted to wall found with a massive amount of died on (old) potato
- weigh scale at sweet making area covered in sticky residue)
Comments

Generally poor food sanitation and handling practices that have been (for now) corrected:
- lids have been added to almost all products
- scoops have been removed from most bins. Use hooks or containers to have them in a convenient, but clean location for use.
- opened tins have been removed
- a general clean up has occurred
- milk crates found storing containers of milk products, and unpeeled, raw potatoes.
Food equipment has been cleaned and sanitized:
- potato slicer
- weight scale (plastic wrap has been added to facilitate easier cleaning nightly)
*** Electric slicer has disassembled at time of inspection. Remember to use your sanitizer rags to wipe down all surfaces after all soap and debris has been removed
Rodent droppings have been cleaned
*** As discussed on site, a hole has likely reopened in the corner of the dry storage room. Under the racks, in the corner away from the fridge
Plywood piece has been removed from the premise.
Prep cooler has been repaired - functioning at 3C
