Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): OBSERVATION: QUATs based sanitizer spray bottle noted at 0ppm.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure QUATs spray bottle sanitizer is at 200ppm residual concentration. Verify concentration using test strip. This is to ensure adequate sanitizing of food contact surfaces in premise.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): OBSERVATION: Handwash station next to single door stainless freezer lacked paper towel at dispenser during inspection.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure paper towel dispenser is stocked at all times. This is to ensure proper hand hygiene protocol in premise.

Observation: OBSERVATION: Glass bottles with narrow mouths noted in kitchen with water inside. Operator says water in bottles are served to people in meeting rooms.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Discontinue use of glass bottles as mouth piece is too narrow and will not allow easy cleaning/washing and sanitizing of bottles as a food contact equipment.

GENERAL COMMENTS
-Handwash station stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water except for the one mentioned above.
-High temperature dishwasher noted at 75.4 deg. C final rinse temperature at plate level.
-QUATS sanitizer at dispenser noted at 200ppm concentration.
-Ice machine noted in sanitary condition. Scoop stored outside machine.
-Single door stainless steel cooler 3.0 deg.
-Single door stainless steel freezer -24.0 deg. C
-2 door stainless cooler 4.0 deg. C
-General Sanitation is satisfactory
-No signs of pest noted at the time of visit.

-Only grab and go breakfast deliveries offered to patrons.
-Covid-19 Signages noted in premise
-No kitchen staff present during inspection. Only one kitchen staff in a sift as per operator's explanation.
