Designated handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Handwashing station at the 2-compartment sink was also supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Two sink plugs were available at the 2-compartment sink.
High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 76 degrees C) at the plate level.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 180 degrees F for at least 10 seconds at the manifold level.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in a sanitizer pail.
Upright freezer, chest freezer, and freezer component of the domestic cooler temperatures were satisfactory.
Glass-door cooler used for food storage and domestic cooler were at or below 4 degrees C. Domestic cooler was observed to be empty of food.
It was mentioned that this food premises is currently being used for food storage (refrigerated and dry storage), ware-washing, and for food service at the service window for food prepared from the nearby food service establishment in the Baird Blackstone Building. Food is covered between transportation and served immediately during the food service according to the Coordinator.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Pest control program is in place according to the Coordinator.
