Coolers < = 4.0 C; Freezers - satisfactory; Hot holding at 67.6 C; Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Washroom adequately supplied and maintained in clean condition. General sanitation - satisfactory but require attention in several areas such as shelving in storage room (please organize); low shelf of the back freezer; under equipment; & in cabinets (front); No evidence of pest activity noted; Temperature logs available (on-line system); Recommendation: - Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm (spray bottle); however in the bottle very small amount; Please refill it. - Two-compartment sink must be set up as per the sanitation plan (cleaning agent & liquid soap dispenser); - Broken lid for a plastic container has to be discarded (in the walk-in cooler);
