Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chest cooler behind the fryer air temperature tested 13 degree C. Staff stated that the food was stored in this cooler in the morning (11 AM).
Corrective Action(s): Immediately move all the food in this cooler to the other cooler that can provide the temperature at 4 degree C or less. Sevice this cooler to ensure the temperature can be maintained at 4 degree C or less.
