Observation: 1. Found rice container to be open water from hand sink and drying cutting boards was pooling on the top.
2. Found items put away with out covers, lids or plastic wrap.
3. Found food items sitting on the floor in the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. a. Keep rice container closed when not using.
b. Install a splash guard beside the sink to prevent splashing.
c. dry cutting boards on proper drying racks.
2. Ensure all food is covered when not in use.
3. Ensure all food is store 6" off the floor including in the walk in cooler.
