-Sanitizer in spray bottle >100 ppm
-Foods and dishware are in sealed bins
** Ensure to sanitize all dishware by manually soaking in bleach solution ( fill up the sink 1 table spoon in 1 gallon = 100 ppm) for 2 minute and air dry.
