- Temp of coolers and freezer are satisfactory <4 oC and <-18 oC - Hot holding units >60 oC -Sanitizer in spray bottle >100 ppm -Foods and dishware are in sealed bins ** Ensure to sanitize all dishware by manually soaking in bleach solution ( fill up the sink 1 table spoon in 1 gallon = 100 ppm) for 2 minute and air dry. All issues to be addressed by follow up inspection, send me a report before follow up inspection. Document for change of ownership is submitted. Permit fee- same company
