Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-BJ5UAZ of Nov-21-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: A large amout of sesame seeds observed on two stacks of pan used for baking. Staff stated the seeds were brushed off but the pans were never cleaned and sanitized. Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned pans. Pans are considered food contact surfaces and must be cleaned and sanitized after use. Correct by: immediately.
