100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. For use in a spray bottle ensure spray bottle is labeled identifying contents.
Accurate indicating thermometer placed inside the under the counter single door cooler.
Front area hand sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
