Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fods found cooling beside fryer without temp control. Operator tried to hide food in fridge while I was checking fridge temp. Discarded the following

~ 2 lb deep fried chicken 25.8*C
~ 3 lb deep fried fish 25.5*C.
Failure to cool foods properly will result in a ticket.
