Operator tried to hide food in fridge while I was checking fridge temp. Discarded the following ~ 1 dozen gyoza 28.9*C ~ 2 lb deep fried chicken 25.8*C ~ 3 lb deep fried fish 25.5*C. Failure to cool foods properly will result in a ticket. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 25 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C.
