All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
All freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Defrost freezers with ice build up.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Dishwasher contained a 100 PPM chlorine residual at the plate surface.
Rinsed milk and espresso jugs are being stored directly on ice machine. Place them in an insert until they are washed to prevent potential dripping into ice.
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles is 200 PPM.
Ensure that temperature logs are being maintained.
