- General sanitation is satisfactory. - All handwashing stations (kitchen, bar) supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers. - Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - Glasswasher dispensed 12.5ppm iodine concentration. - Surface sanitizer available in properly labeled designated buckets. Sink and Surface Clean sanitizer detected the manufacturer's recommended strength of 272-700 ppm. Ensure to change out the sanitizer in bins every 30 minutes for effectiveness, as per your own standard practice. - Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. - A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis.
