Comments

Routine inspection conducted and following are observed:

-Handsink in washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Front display coolers, front upright cooler, two upright cooler in back area are all measured at less than 4C.
-Upright display freezer at front and freezer in back area are measured at less than -18C.
-Patties stored in hot holding unit are measured at greater than 60C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and bleach available.
-Food storage practices are satisfactory
-No signs of pests observed at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 is valid until July 2024
-General sanitation is satisfactory
