-Follow-up inspection to March 12, 2018.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and was found to be 3C to 4C on the top and 4C on the bottom.
-Ice build-up has also been removed from the cooler unit.
-Continue to monitor the prep cooler and service/adjust as needed.
