- Glasswasher achieved 12.5ppm iodine at plate's surface
- The owner was present to discuss issues regarding structural deficiencies. He is to send an email to health inspector jessica.ahn@fraserhealth.ca and fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca regarding timeline (maximum 3months) required to fix the flooring in the kitchen.
- Monitoring of sanitizer concentration in the dishwasher (minimum 50ppm chlorine) and the glasswasher (12.5~25ppm iodine) as well as the temperature of all coolers (4C or below) and freezers (-18C or below) shall be implemented as a daily routine. Keep logs for the next health inspection.
