Follow up inspection: -200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available from the dispenser. QUATS sanitizer dispenser was in good working order. -200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the sanitizer spray bottle and sanitizer pail. -QUATS test strips were available on-site to monitor the concentration of the QUATS sanitizer on a regular basis. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Environmental Health Officer.
