Follow-up to previous inspection
- containers of food such as the cut avocado have been halved to ensure that it is used within the 2 hours or discarded
- head chef has re-trained staff in policies regarding handwashing, glove use and food at room temperature
- no foods within mop sink
- newspaper removed from deep frying area
- ensure that all staff know which of the two sinks in the front area is for handwashing and which is for warewashing
