Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at staff washroom is not supplied with paper towel. Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all designated hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands adequately and frequently before and after food handling.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1. Bowl of raw meat observed stored on top of a container of cooked lentils. Staff moved the raw chicken to the bottom shelf during inspection.

2. Black garbage bag observed directly on top of container of prepared dough in the walk-in cooler. Staff removed the black garbage bag during inspection.

3. Multiple food items observed uncovered in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s):
1. Store raw meat away from ready-to-eat foods to prevent contamination of food.

2. Do not use black garbage bags to store food as toxic chemicals from the bag can leach directly into foods and cause chemical contamination.

3. Keep all food stored covered with food grade containers (i.e. plastic wrap or food container lids) at all times to prevent potential physical, biological and/or chemical contamination of food.

- All equipment observed in good working condition and sanitary condition
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
