Solution appeared soiled. *Repeat violation* Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer solution was changed and re-tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure that quats sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm for effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Change solution more frequently or as needed to maintain these concentrations. Test strips are available on site. Violation Score: 15

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-AZRUYP - Scoops were observed to be stored safely with handles outside of food product - Hot water is available at the washroom hand sink (mixed valve--warm running water) - Tortillas are still stored under paper towel dispenser at front hand sink--removed at time of inspection - Paper towel dispenser is not working, however, paper towel is available near hand sink. As per discussion with manager, an order for a new paper towel dispenser is to be placed on June 30, 2018. Paper towel dispenser is expected to be in place by July 11, 2018. Follow up inspection to be conducted.
