Comments

On Follow-Up:
-Cleaning issues have been addressed.
-Pest control company has been in for servicing. Install a door sweep along the front door, seal all holes around pipings as instructed. A hole found under door frame by back door which has now been sealed.
-200ppm bleach solution is available in spray bottles.
-Handsink is not blocked. The water pressure issue has been fixed.
-New scoops have been purchased for the dry storage bins.
-One of the machines that was not being used has been removed from the premises.
-Foods are not being stored directly on the floor.
-Seating has been reduced to 50 from 74. Do not increase seating without prior approval.
-Owner has refreshed his FS certificate (Expiry is 2023).
