Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated January 12, 2022 there were 31 children, 8 staff and manager present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following education/recommendations were provided: ·
- Accessing Maintenance Funding for Child Care Facilities
- Child Care Covid -19 Update
- Having a system in place for all the staff qualifications in one place. Staff qualifications/documentation- template shared by email.
