A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle had [Cl2] above 200ppm.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves.
- Non-foods (pet food, stationary, toiletries, car fluids, etc.) stored separately or below food items.
- No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Floors and walls are durable, sealed, smooth, level, cleanable, and in good working order.
- All in order, keep up the good work. |
