However staff is not aware that dishewares need to be sanitized after washing and rinsing. Corrective Action(s): Post the dishwashing sign on the wall behind the 3-compt sinks. General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest noted. Service the paper towel dispenser at the handwashing station to remove the jam. Replenish the second dispenser in the kitchen. A roll of paper towel is available on the counter. Provide hand soap at the kitchen sink.
