- Change of ownership for Concession #107 - Menu: Hot dogs - chilli mayo, chimichumi, onion; Regular hot dogs, cheese dog, dirty dog. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - QUATS sanitizer measured 200ppm - Refrigeration unit @ or below 4C; Undercounter cooler @ 4C; Accurate thermometer installed. - Hot holding cabinet reached >60C (ambient temp.) - Pest control in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit - General sanitation was satisfactory @ time of inspection - Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan - same as the Hot Dog cart - accepted and approved already. - FoodSafe I Certificate expired; If you have re-taken the FS I course, obtain copy of the current certificate - Completed Health Application submitted along with certification of Inc.
