Facility is still owing Permit Fees in amount of $250. Permit fees in amount of $250.00 received today in CHEQUE made payable to FRASER HEALTH for PERMIT FEES

ITEMS CORRECTED:
- pots and equipment have been relocated
- Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized
- Pest Technician has been contacted regarding fly infestation
- Facility has been cleaned (Grill vents, containers, Upper shelves and backsplash)
- Dishwasher has been serviced by Dishwasher technician. The temperature of a low temperature dishwasher does not exceed 150 degrees F (65.6 degrees Celsius) (as it becomes unstable and offgases at temperatures higher than this amount). Dishwasher now achieves temperature of 62 degrees Celsius. Ensure going forward that technician is checking for temperature to ensure dishwasher is operating optimally.
