Routine inspection conducted today:
All refrigerator units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
In general, food is stored protected in the cold hold units.
General organization satisfactory.
Did not observe any pest entry points in the receiving area.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.

During the inspection, noted some strained baby food ("Mango, Apple, Carrot and Peach" and "Sweet Corns") past the best before dates (May 11, 2023 and June 7, 2023 respectively). Manager had staff go through this section and will be discarding any baby food that has past the best before dates.
