Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container holding vegetables was placed directly on top of onion in the walk-in cooler. The staff member was notified and educated. Containers are not to be placed directly on food items as this may cause contamination. Staff member placed container with vegetables on a shelf in a safe manner.

Overall, premises is maintained in sanitary manner.

-Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water.
-Staff washroom is clean and handsink is fully stocked
-Walk-in cooler is at 4C. Food is covered and stored above the ground
-Prep cooler bottom compartment is at 4C. Ensure top compartment remains closed when not in use to allow for adequate cooling temperatures.
-Stand freezer is at -18C and storage is adequate
-Temperature logs are being kept
-3 compartment sink is used appropriately. Sink plugs are available.
-Spray bottle containing bleach sanitizer solution is labelled and achieves 100ppm chlorine
-Dry storage is adequate
-No signs of pest activity
