General Comments: All coolers were below 4 degC Walk-in freezer temperature was -19 degC All hand sinks were fully equipped No hot holding was being done at the time of inspection Exhaust hood had been serviced. Next service date is in May 2024 Temperature logs were being maintained Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm chlorine 200ppm Quats sanitizer available for use on-site At least one staff member on duty had FS level 1 or equivalent certification There was no water or mold build-up along the floor joint of the dry storage room, beside the walk-in freezer or along the floor joint in the walk-in cooler, beside the walk-in freezer. *report reviewed, signature not required*
