- Walk-in freezer not in use

- Accurate thermometers present
- Food storage is ok

- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection

* Noted Fish Taco sauce with label Nov 21 in walk in cooler - ensure to use any prepared foods max 2-3 after preparation - discard any unused portion after this time line.
