Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a container of cold imitation crab meat and deep fried prawns out at room temperature. Temperature of the foods were measured at 12 C. The operator stated the foods were out ~2hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Do not leave perishable foods at room temp loger than 2 hours. Process the food immediately at room temperature to limit bacterial growth. The foods were moved back into a cooler.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water was not prepared at the time of inspection. On going issue from the previous inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Prepare 100ppm Cl bleach water at the 3rd compartment (right hand side) of the sink to sanitize washed dishes. Fill the sink with water and bleach (Fill at least 2/3 of the sink with water and add 2-3 cap bleach)
2. Prepare 100ppm Cl bleach water in a container with wiping cloths. All used wiping cloths must be stored back in the bleach water container to kill germs during storage. (Fill the container with water and add 1 cap bleach).

This is repeated violation. Any further repeat of the same infraction will result in further enforcement actions taken by the Health Department.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A handsink behind the 3 compartment sink was not equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. The operator stated they rarely use this handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to use this handwashing sink for handwashing purpose. Provide a liquid soap and paper towel. Do not use the 3 compartment sink for handwashing.
