Storage locker cooler - shelves are no longer overstocked to promote better air flow. warmer units right 60 C, middle 60 C, left 62 C new thermometer provided to monitor warmer unit temperatures utensils stored in sanitary condition. Cleaning within locker and walkin cooler has been completed. Cooler repair technician onsite at time of inspection.
