Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All three surface sanitizer in designated bins measured <50 ppm QUAT concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Staff prepared new sanitizer at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer every 4 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Back handwash station near the walk in cooler missing paper towels inside the dispenser.
- Front handwash station near entrance to kitchen missing hand soap.
- Middle handwash station (middle of kitchen) blocked with large food bins at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All handwash sinks must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels. All handwash sinks must be free of any obstacles.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large plastic bin with dry noodles stored on shelve at the dish pit.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the food from this area. This area is only for washing/storing dishes and plates.

Observation: Mouse droppings in the shared storage unit near the garbage disposal room. Extra equipment, plates, dishes, bottled/canned drinks stored here. Professional pest control company inspects on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any food items here. Keep all items off the floor on racks or crates. Follow the recommendations by the pest control company.
