Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of all coolers, freezers & hot holding unit:
Freezer in dining area at -19C
Walk in cooler at 3C
Walk in freezer at -21C
- Temperature logs were maintained. Good.
- Handwash sinks (x2) available and stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 2 compartment sink available but not in use.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 78.5C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 200ppm QUATS concentration recorded in sanitizing pail.
- Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory.
- General sanitation of the facility was good.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate equivalent (Exp May 11, 2026).

Overall, very well maintained and operated. Good job!
