Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of coolers were recorded at or below 4C
- Temperature of freezers below -18C
- One freezer (near handwash sink) was noted at -4C
- Handwash sink available and had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 50ppm chlorine residual noted during rinse cycel of low temp mechanical dishwasher.
- 200ppm bleach solution present in sanitizer pails.
- Ice machine maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food stored in coolers were properly covered.
- Certified pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Permit to Operate was posted at the front.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1.

Note - Please soak the wiping clothes in sanitizer bucket when not in use.
