Observation: Current "scoops" for bulk candy storage bins are ladles. Handle is too long to store in bulk storage bin scoop holder. Issue is with the storage of the scoops. Scoops are currently stored in candy and not in designated, elevated "holders" that are designed to minimize potential contamination.
.
Replace ladles with shorter handled scoops or tongs that fit adequately into scoop holder of bins.
