-Follow-up inspection to January 04. 2022. -Cooked foods are no longer cooled in the prep cooler. Cooked foods are cooked rapidly in the walk-in cooler. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Equipment is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing. -General food storage practices were good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. -Pizza in the holding unit was time tracked with a sticker - pizza is discarded if not sold within 2 hours. -Health permit hand delivered - ensure permit is posted in a visible location. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
