On Follow-Up: Cooler's been serviced but it only goes down to 6 degC. There are no foods being stored inside the cooler. Angel's products (just a couple of items) is being stored on one of the shelves in Cooler #2. Assign this shelf to Angel until the other cooler can maintain 4 degC or below. The hand sink in the front service area has been installed. A temporary screen has been provided at the back door. Outstanding Items: Dishwasher was serviced but sanitizer can't be detected in the final rinse. Spoke with the repairman over the phone. He'll come by to recheck the dw. Provide FSP's for the lasagna and soups prior to starting service to Rainbow Cafe. FOLLOW-UP TO BE CONDUCTED NEXT TUESDAY.
