Mouse droppings noted in corner of upstair stock room behind shelving. Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean up droppings from areas noted above. Continue to monitor for future activity. -General sanitation of concession and storage room is satisfactory -Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel -Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes -Quats sanitizer present in spray bottles for sanitizing countertops -Packaged goods stored in cabinets which have been made pest proof -Dry goods and paper products in upper storage room were stored off of the floor. -Pest Control Technician is on-site weekly. Copy of reports provided at the time of the inspection. Ensure recommendations from Pest Control Technician are followed/completed.
