Routine inspection:
- Coolers maintained at 4C or less.
- Stand-up freezer maintained at -18C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitation available in pail and from the dispenser.
- Shelves maintained in sanitary condition.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.

*Facility was selling hot food to public without health approval. All hot food inside two hot holding units were discarded. Operator to submit missing food safety plan and a list of menu items for health approval. Cease and desist all hot food operation until health approval is granted.
