Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers were noted wall mounted at all handwash stations.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
QUAT sanitizer available. 3 spray bottles tested and between 200 - 400 PPM QUAT detected.
Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink.
All utensils and equipment noted in excellent sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
All wall, floor and ceiling noted finished and in good condition.
Note: Dishwasher not installed or available during the inspection - see report #NTSD-CFFSAU for recommendation given in regards to the installation of a dishwasher.

FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent not available at the time of inspection, however the staff knows she has completed FOODSAFE and is still effective - will verified with the name provided.
