Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket in the front sink measured 0ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): A staff member emptied and refilled the sanitizer bucket with 200ppm quat sanitizer. Ensure that sanitizer is available at all times and be sure to change the solution frequently so that the sanitizer remains effective.
