- Ice machine has been cleaned. Ensure cleaning is done as regularly as needed to avoid accumulation of mould.
- Organization of food is good. Continue to pay attention to how food is being stored. Ensure meat and seafood are stored separately or below ready to eat foods, cooked foods, and vegetables.
- No observations of improper thawing at the time of inspection. Ensure frozen foods are thawed in the cooler at ≤ 4°C or under cold running water.
- Rice scoops are stored in ice water. Ensure ice is replenished as needed. Ensure rice scoops and the container are cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
