Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 3C.
-Freezer units ranged from -14C to -20C.
-Hot holding cabinet was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails tested at 200ppm. Solution changed every 2 hours.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure staff pay more attention to the underside of shelving units in the walk-in cooler (minor mould growth) and under equipment.
-Facility monitored by a professional pest control operator (Sept 2017 report indicated no pest activity).
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
