Observation: Light switch for the walk in freezer still not functioning. This issue was brought up in the last insepction report.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure every areas within the facility is adequately lit to better monitor for pest activity, sanitation issue, etc. Fix the light switch for the walk in freezer.

Routine inspection conducted:

Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Walk in cooler measured at 4 degrees C.
Walk in freezer and cabinet freezer measured at -18 degrees C.
200 ppm chlorine measured in a sanitizer pail. Wiping cloths stored within.
No new food process added since the last inspection.
No evidence of recent pest activity noted at this time.
General sanitation is adequate.
3 compartment sinks are used for manual dishwashing.
Unused equipment were covered and stored in the back storage area.
