Comments

-Ensure that sink plugs are available for all sinks. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory. No evidence of pests, traps were in place.
