Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of reach in, display & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C - Reach in and stand up freezers noted at or below -18C - Handwash sink in the back produce area had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. See violation above - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - No signs of pest activity observed in the receiving area and throughout the facility.
