The Correction Order is remain. Telephone call has been conducted to the owner to verify the pest management schedule (message has been left). Site visit conducted on May 24, 2019. No pest service has been conducted on site. The operator on site claimed that a pests control is going to be on site on Monday, June 3, 2019. This is last reminder and enforcement actions will be taken. Present a copy of a contract with a pest service company and report(s) with recommendations and service (actual reports not a invoice(s)).
