Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station on the 2nd floor kitchen did not have any paper towels. Operator was notified and staff immediately restocked the dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dispenser is stocked. Routinely check if the paper towels are running low to avoid this in the future.

Observation: Perimeter areas on both first and second floor require attention due to build up of food items and debris.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the perimeter areas are cleaned and done so more frequently. A frequent cleaning schedule of these areas will avoid the build-up of debris and allow for easy cleaning in the future.

Observation: Lighting fixtures on the first floor ceiling are without any shatter protection and are exposed.
Corrective Action(s): Both lighting fixtures must be covered to avoid the possible shattering of glass from contaminating the food premises and food items below.

Routine inspection conducted alongside operator.

-Handwash station, except one mentioned, is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All coolers including walk-in, prep, and stand coolers are at 4C
-All freezer units are working and storage is satisfactory
-Dry storage is satisfactory. Food is stored above the ground (15cm). Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to avoid contamination of food items.
-3 compartment sinks on both floors are appropriately used and have sink plugs. Bleach sanitizer available
-Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles are at 100ppm on both floors. Ensure ALL bottles are labelled to indicate sanitizer
-No signs of pest activity

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on January 27, 2022 regarding lighting fixtures.
