Observation: - Poor cleaning and sanitizing noted for food containers and inserts
- wiping cloths noted on counter (dried an dirty)...
Correction: -Clean all food containers, topper wear Repair the dishwasher to have enough sanitizer ( at least 50 ppm CL) at sanitize cycle.
-wash, rinse and keep wiping rags in a bucket of sanitizer

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: -No sanitizer is detected from low dishwasher (run twice)
-No sanitizer detected in sanitizer bucket
Correction: -Repair the dishwasher to have adequate sanitizer at sanitize cycle ( min 50 ppm chlorine)
- Ensure to have enough sanitizer in sanitizer bucket

** dishwasher was not draining as well

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand washing sink in the back was blocked, also the one beside the food prep was occupied by utensils.
Correction: Hand washing sink must be accessible at all time and use ONLY for hand washing.
Comments

Good improvement noted, there are still some outstanding issues, following to be completed before opening inspection.

- Repair of all broken walls, and any point of entry for pests
- Seal gaps under walk in cooler door
-Store all clean dishware, utensils and take out containers in sealed bins
-Power wash the whole floor (there are still some grease, dirt noted around the edges ) including walk in cooler floor

Facility to stay closed until opening inspection and approval granted by FHA. No food prep.
